Same here.

There is no rhyme nor reason with this process.

I sent my I-131 off today...don't ask my why I didn't send it with my AOS......I keep on asking myself the same question.....still no answer.

I just cheked and the AOS is still not showing up for us either. Funny how the EAD is in there though. At le ast they are connected.

As I look at my sig, though, I realized that it's only been a week since I received the NOAs and about two since they received it and cashed the check. There' s no point in being frustrated yet, I'll wait a while longer before I begin to panic.

I wonder if the fact that my local office, Houston, is quite a busy place "immigration" wise has anything to do w/ the fact that I still haven't got a biometrics letter? Just trying to make some sense of it, though I know that's next to impossible.

My NOA's are dated 12/5/07, so its been two weeks, as you say no reason to panic yet, but if at least we got the Biometrics appt letter, I'd feel like we're making some progress.

OK, after my last attempt failed, I have now mailed my application for AOS, EAD and AP.

Sent it by FedEx today to the Chicago street address - it should be there by 10:30am tomorrow (Fingers crossed).

Finaly check is cashed ( was on the 18th but it just showed today on the bank , who knows maybe banks site had trouble )

anyhow it shows a number on the back but its not with letters its all numbers and its only 1 long number , is that the one to check the case status on line ? anyone knows ?

Yeah, I know my local office is New Orleans....but I read a post somewhere where someone got their bio appointment at an office that was nearer to them instead of their actual "local"office. So...I might get lucky!

So it turns out that the USPS site doesnt quite tell the truth when it says an address is "vacant" and a package is being returned to sender

USCIS received my first package and cashed the check yesterday

There was some frantic messing about with FedEx last night but I managed to get my second AOS application retrieved and now it looks like I'm good to go

Cheques were cashed yesterday, I can rest easily now that the money is out and I truly know they've actually opened my envelope!

The number which was stamped on the cheque is MSC and a 10 digit #, then more #'s on the next line.....which is the number I need to search for?

I couldnt even see the MSC # till we printed the page out ,

I tryed the MS # and every other # on the check each sais error , ( but to my understanding its the MSC # you supose to type in ,hope it works for you )

oh and am still waiting for them tards to send me a notice about the SSN , they mailed the request to change status to homeland security , ( wich is total bull as you know too, but oh well the world needs a few tards so smart people can stand out lol;) )

Sucks about the SSN I went to the office the otehr day, but I forgot my Marriage License on the coffee table, so the lady wouldn't do anything. She said she needed to know that my K1 was validated...ok, haven't heard that before, but sounds reasonable.

We'll head back after Christmas since we're out of time now. I don't want to let it drag on too long of course because the 3 months ends Feb 12 from when I entered.
