Got the Welcome letter in the mail yesterday and this email last night:

We received the card in the mail yesterday, so yay. I'd like to say no more USCIS for two years but we're in the process of trying to bring my husband's children and it will probably take two years. Then we have to adjust for them, too...

Which way did you use to send your medical result or other RFE to USCIS?

I am having bad experience with USPS:

I used USPS to send mine and my daughter's on June 12 by certified mail, until now USPS web still shows MISSENT on 06/20 and they have CORRECTED the error and would do every effort to send mine ASAP.

I called the USPS customer service many times and went the post office many times to try to locate my mail, but no one can help me.

I had to asked the doctor another one, and had to use USPS (Even I am so upset with it), sent by express mail last week (FedEX does delivery mail to PO Box), but I just found out the doctor did miss check one vacc on my daughter's report (He did correctly on the first report), so I have to go back to the doctor and send the third set.

So which way do you suggest to use?
