Well after receiving no touches on I-485 since February we received an interview date via snail mail - June 11th at the San Francisco Field Office. I checked my status online and there are still no touches. was thinking about doing an info pass, but i guess they just barely made it in the original time frames. I trruly hope the rest of you receive your Green Cards soon!

Earmuffs, I see that you got some touches, I hope that means they're working on your case.

We're still in the RFE land. We haven't responded to it yet. I contacted our senator and after about a week I got a response. The woman was very nice and friendly and said that she would be sending an email to USCIS about the medical. She said that this kind of thing happens all the time and hopefully it was just an error and the RFE was sent out automatically without looking to see that the medical was already there. She also said, though, that if it is not in the file and was misplaced or something, there's not much else that can be done other than to redo the medical. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

She said that we would hopefully hear something from USCIS in about a week and that she would contact me by email. So hopefully some time this week we will know something either way. I don't think I want to try anything else if this doesn't work, I don't want anymore delays.
