EAD and AP received in March 08, Biometrics Jan 22, but not even a touch on the AOS since Jan 10th? Should I do something?

I wouldn't worry about what it says on the USCIS website. Our AOS case has never been touched till this day. We received our interview letter in the mail. If it will make you feel better you can always call them and make an inquiry but they are not much help. Just hang in there and don't worry about not being touched just watch out for the mail.

I'm still waiting since my case is in CSC, I don't want what will happen...haven't been touched for almost a month... :wacko:

For those that might be worried about touches (or rather lack of them), I can tell you that our only touch on I-485 was right after our biometrics. After that we received our AOS interview letter in the mail but there was no online status change or touch until after our AOS interview. Our I-485 status online is still the same as it has been from Dec. 6, 2007. So don't worry! Good luck everyone!

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

I am wondering if when we crossed the border and they asked us what office we were closest and we told the San Francisco, is that where our I-485 is now? We haven't had a tounch since it was received in Chicago. I am just wondering because the SF office processing times is about 8 months which would put us into July for receiving the Green Card.

- 12-20-07 EAD and AP touched (Notice Returned as Undeliverable)

- 01-04-08 Biometrics appointment done

- 01-19-08 resent hubby's income proof

- 01-28-08 AOS touched (Response to RFE received, and case processing has resumed)

- 03-10-08 EAD and AP finally touched and approved!!! =)

- 03-12-08 Case Transfer to CSC

- 03-13-08 EAD Touched again (Card Production ordered)

- 03-17-08 AP and Transfer notice received in mail (AP valids until 03-09-09)

- 03-18-08 EAD touched again (Approval Notice sent)

- 03-20-08 EAD received in mail
