We received our notice from CRIS of the welcome letter on 4/6/08 and today received notification of the GC production being ordered on 4/8/08.

Glad this is coming to an end for the next 2 years or so.

jlvr, very sorry to hear you got an RFE. Sadly, I am no help to you on what to do but I am rooting for you! I hope you are able to get it worked out and get back on track soon. Make sure you keep us posted on your progress.

I feel really bad for the people who have not yet got their GC.....earmuffs, Vivi and everyone else. Hang on in there! :thumbs:

As long as I read so many others' cases who was transferred to CSC, it's normally to get approved 2 months after the transfer!!!

OMG...I was just transferred on Mar 12th, and until Mar 27th, the CRIS email said my case is still pending at the office where I was transferred...I am worried that would my case be approved in May?? (if according to the general timeframe) :oops:

Hi Earmuffs,

I found that you have similar timeline as mine, we submitted in early Dec and had biometrics in early Jan, just you were transferred to CSC earlier than me...

I know how pissed you would feel, and now the April filers begin to file their AOS too...awww and we are still the 2007 filers, but what can we do??? Nothing but WAIT!!! :(

yeah you have had a few touches though.. I haven't seen anything since my transfer.. I have an info-pass tomorrow regarding my biometrics.. when i did it they said i only needed the ead one done..

also I never filed AP and have come into some knee problems and with no insurance here its probably cheaper to fly to canada and get it taken care of..
