No touches or anything since early February. Hubby has the EAD, thank goodness, but with no driver's license it would be very difficult for him to work so we haven't really been looking much.

Has anyone filed taxes? I discovered something that I did not realize before. We don't qualify for the EIC if our spouse is not a permanent resident. That sucks.

You can get a drivers license with the EAD!!

I was transferred to CSC in late December and out of CSC in February, and nothing since. We never even got a notice in the mail that we were transferred to a local office or anything, and no touches on the I-485 since 2/19

Just out of curiosity how did you find out that you were transferred back to the local office?

That's what it says on their website but we never received any mailed notice or any email stating this.

Divorced. To hell with him.

Sorry to hear that. :( So when you click on your case online it actually says you were transferred to a "Local USCIS office"?

Ditto for me too, and I am assuming i'm still at CSC. It is my understanding that people who have been transferred to a local office, their notices says first that they were transferred to their local notice. It sounds to me like we are all still at CSC. Can we make infopass appointments to check this?

Well that would certainly be nice if we were still there but I'm almost sure it said we were at CSC on the website and then it changed to what it is now.

Definitely would be awesome, actually, because Hartford is our local office and they're like a year behind according to their processing times!

Yeah, that's the odd part, it doesn't say Hartford or where it is. It says really "pending at the office to which it was transferred" but it used to say CSC up until Feb. 19.

mine said the same thing for about a month , then i had touches every day for almost 2-3 weeks

then poof had an e mail aproved card production orderd welcome letter send ,

also I saw that you have a question mark on your signature cose your I 129f got touched ,

I also had a touch on the old file before they continued my AOS , it came to my attention they probly went in the old file (I-129f/ K1) to get the medical we had done abord since the medical was in the seald envelope included with all the I 129f/K1 folder

so who knows maybe you guys goin to get aproved soon ,
