Congrats! On the approvals!!!!

Had a question, I am so confused. Our EAD was touched on the USCIS website and when I clicked on the case number

it said card production ordered that was on the 19th I got no email nothing by post.

Well today CRIS sent me an email saying the approval notice was sent out by mail today for EAD.

What usually comes first the approval notice or the EAD card or do the come together?

just checked my status online and for the very 1st time my AP had been touched.

it would so nice if my EAD has been approved as well. anyway, a heartfelt CONGRATULATIONS to those who got approved.

i think the approval notice is the card, but I dont know..

I got the card in the mail and an email the sameday saying approval notice was sent but I never got an approval notice..

Has anyone with a K3 visa had their I-485 transferred to CSC? In all the cases I saw it looked like only K1's...any K3's?

Where can I see if my status has been touched????? I thought it was on uscis.gov but when i put in my receiptnumbers it only shows what cases i've filed.... why can that be??

a touch is when the date on your file changes , since your able to see your applications just keep an eye on the date

I am a K3 AOS also and have not been transferred or touched either. We have the EAD also. we've been married for almost 13 years.... you'd think they would look at it and say the marriage is legitimate. sigh.... so we wait.

I am a K3 AOS also and have not been transferred or touched either. We have the EAD also. we've been married for almost 13 years.... you'd think they would look at it and say the marriage is legitimate. sigh.... so we wait.

I think they want to see us in person and see how genuine our relationship/marraige. K1 has american marraige cert. so they can easily check its authenticity here in US. Anyways, we dont have to worry since its part of the process and our marraige is genuine, one important is we have our EAD and we can work already legally. Do you know any K3-AOS who's been trnaferred to CSC?
