We haven't gotten any touches or anything on our case since the Biometrics hardcopy letter we received giving us our date. I thought we would have heard something on the EAD by now

Is there anyone else with no touches on their AOS? We've gotten EAD and AP, but not even a date change on our AOS since biometrics last month.

Are all cases transferred to CSC? I haven't even gotten notice of that!

Our AOS hasnt been touched since our biometrics which was last December and it hasnt been transfered either, its still sitting at the National place. :_(

Has anyone else noticed that there are no processing times posted for a I-485?? It used to be 6 months and now I can' find anything posted.

We're on the same process... got my EAD but no touched yet for AOS

since the last one after biometric dated 12/26... never received transfer

to CSC notice also... probably we will receive interview appt date notice.

I notice K3-AOS applicants usually have interview but K1 usually trasferred to CSC

and they are appoved without interview.... really hope and pray

for approval without interview.

The past week brought us approvals on Advance Parole and with my wife receiving her EAD "Out of the blue". The case status online is certainly not very accurate and is not being updated in a timely manner. We had zero touches on the EAD and no CRIS emails. The Advance Parole for our daughter was touched, and we received the CRIS email on its approval on the 11th. My wife's AP was never entered into the system until the 11th when it was approved (I entered it at that time as it was continually saying that it was an invalid number before that date).

On the downside the AP document has the spelling of my wife's middle name wrong (everything else is correct) and we'll just wait on that for awhile in hopes of a GC within the next 4 months or so.

my AOS is receiving touches but nothing for my EAD and AP. it's almost a month after my biometrics and hear nothin' about my EAD . i can see that almost everyone who filed in december got their EAD and AP already. now, i'm getting worried. i'm in no hurry getting my AP since i don't have any travel plans right now, but i'm crazy about my EAD. really need to start working.

I'm in the camp with those who got no transfer to CSC and only touch on AOS was just after biometrics. We did get our EAD card and Social Security card which is nice. Just needing the GC now.

Hooray! A good touch, I think. Still no EAD or AP, but hopefully this will speed things up.
