We received our EAD in the mail today! Thank you, God!!! :dance:

Also received this email from CRIS yesterday:

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 5, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

Wooooow just about a week and a half??? That's really fast!!!

Oooops where is my EAD??? :angry:

EAD ard production ordered about a week and a half after biometrics. Yipee! I wonder how long it will take to get here.

AOS Process:

- 11-28-07 I-485/I-765/I-131 sent

- 12-06-07 NOA1 of AOS

- 12-18-07 received RFE for I-864

- 12-20-07 EAD and AP touched (Notice Returned as Undeliverable)

- 01-04-08 Biometrics appointment done

- 01-19-08 resent hubby's income proof

- 01-28-08 AOS touched (Response to RFE received, and case processing has resumed)

- 03-10-08 EAD and AP finally touched and approved!!! =)

- 03-12-08 Case Transfer to CSC

- 03-13-08 EAD Touched again (Card Production ordered)

- 03-17-08 AP and Transfer notice received in mail (AP valids until 03-09-09)

- 03-18-08 EAD touched again (Approval Notice sent)

- 03-20-08 EAD received in mail

- 03-27-08 AOS Touched everyday since 03-20 (Case pending)

- 04-01-08 Applied for my SSN with married name

FINALLY --- I woke up to a CRIS email in my inbox regarding my hubby...

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On February 1, 2008, we ordered production of your new card.

It seems as if we are on track with others that filed around the time we did. I was a little worried as we received our interview date a couple weeks ago without receiving the EAD -- but it's all good now!!

OK - the AP was touched again today -- What's going on now? I was considering this part just about completed as I received an email saying it was approved and the notice was sent.

OK AGAIN!!!!! I received a 2nd email from CRIS stating the EAD Card production was ordered with a new date -- the first email said card production requested on 2/1/08 -- now today it says 2/6/08 .... JUST SEND THE CARD!!!!!!!!!

My husband is going out of his mind with boredom!!

Okay, so I haven't had a chance to post for a couple of weeks. I haven't gotten any emails from CRIS since the transfer to CSC a couple of weeks ago. Last night I checked the case status and it says the same thing, the case is pending at the office where it was transferred.

Just for kicks I decide to plug in the two receipt numbers that have not been showing. I put in one and holy #######!!! It's in the system!!! Not only is it in the system, but it says that on January 30, EAD CARD PRODUCTION WAS ORDERED!!! :dance::dance: :dance: :dance:

Then I plug in the other receipt number and it says that on February 1, an approval notice was sent for AP!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

I just checked it again and it says that on February 7, EAD approval notice was sent. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

Congrats to everyone that has received approvals. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:
