yeahhhhhhh Tony and I are bouncing off the wall .knowing we can be there when my daught goes for the citizenship ceremnony ( wich I dont know when that will be but shes having the test on the 14 this month ) so yeahhhhhhhhhh we can go to give her the love and suport :D:D:D

Congratulations!! woohooo..! I hope that Employment Documents come soon as well, I am a little worried because I haven´t had any updates on the website, my AP status still shows as pending even though my AP document came in the mail approved on Jan 22 :blink: don´t really get it...

Lona, you and I have the same timelines I am glad you catched up to AP let´s hope for EAD ASAP... I want to work so bad... =(

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

My AOS has been transferred to the CSC...no online update, just hardcopy letter. I begin to get the idea that they only update it when they feel like it

Why I've never been "touched"? :huh: My AOS was last touched on Jan 25th because of USCIS received my hubby's re-sent income documents for the RFE. But my EAD and AP still shows as "undeliverable" on Dec 19th....Sigh~~~ :(

Everyday I keep checking my email and mailbox, but nothing received from CRIS and USCIS!!! :help:

AOS Process:

- 11-28-07 I-485/I-765/I-131 sent

- 12-06-07 NOA1 of AOS

- 12-18-07 received RFE for I-864

- 12-20-07 EAD and AP touched (Notice Returned as Undeliverable)

- 01-04-08 Biometrics appointment done

- 01-19-08 resent hubby's income proof

- 01-28-08 AOS touched (Response to RFE received, and case processing has resumed)

- 03-10-08 EAD and AP finally touched and approved!!! =)

- 03-12-08 Case Transfer to CSC

- 03-13-08 EAD Touched again (Card Production ordered)

- 03-17-08 AP and Transfer notice received in mail (AP valids until 03-09-09)

- 03-18-08 EAD touched again (Approval Notice sent)

- 03-20-08 EAD received in mail

- 03-27-08 AOS Touched everyday since 03-20 (Case pending)

- 04-01-08 Applied for my SSN with married name

- 04-07-08 SSN received in mail (YAY!!! No More ALIEN)

- 05-19-08 Received another RFE about medical

- 05-30-08 USPS shows my RFE reponse was delivered at 11:22 AM in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607

- 06-09-08 GC Card production ordered and welcome letter sent (6 months waiting!!!)

- 06-12-08 GC Approval Notice sent

- 06-16-08 GC and welcome letter received

From what we´ve heard here, tranfers are a good thing... =) so way to go!

I haven´t gotten any online updates either since Biometrics, hard copies are way better though!

FINALLY --- I woke up to a CRIS email in my inbox regarding my hubby...

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On February 1, 2008, we ordered production of your new card.

It seems as if we are on track with others that filed around the time we did. I was a little worried as we received our interview date a couple weeks ago without receiving the EAD -- but it's all good now!!

Sorry what does CSC mean. California Service Center? I am in Texas and I was wondering what the significance of the transferring is. It seems like some people get their EAD before their file was transferred, while others do not. Also when they transfer my case will it go to the closest office to the city I live in (i.e. San Antonio) or does it go to the regional office center for Texas. I am wondering this because on they USCIS website I think they have waiting times for both for an EAD. So frustrating... :unsure:

if it went to CSC it means approval with out an interview.. so csc will process your case..
