Hi all,

I am new to here and you may see our timeline at my signature!! :dancing: I sent all AOS, EAD and AP in late Nov 07 and received NOA in early Dec 07, so I consider myself as a Dec filer. :)

After the biometrics on Jan 4th, no further moves yet...I can't believe the USCIS asked us to send my hubby's income proof AGAIN!!! (guess they lost it) :angry: On Jan 28th, I received an email that my I-485 was touched and Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

Also I don't understand why I haven't received NOAs for both EAD and AOS. Their current status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable, the email said the post office returned the notice they last sent me on those cases as undeliverable. :wacko:

Is there anyone got the same problem as me?

AOS Process:

- 11-28-07 I-485/I-765/I-131 sent

- 12-06-07 NOA1 of AOS

- 12-18-07 received RFE for I-864

- 12-20-07 EAD and AP touched (Notice Returned as Undeliverable)

- 01-04-08 Biometrics appointment done

- 01-19-08 resent hubby's income proof

- 01-28-08 AOS touched (Response to RFE received, and case processing has resumed)

- 03-10-08 EAD and AP finally touched and approved!!! =)

- 03-12-08 Case Transfer to CSC

- 03-13-08 EAD Touched again (Card Production ordered)

- 03-17-08 AP and Transfer notice received in mail (AP valids until 03-09-09)

- 03-18-08 EAD touched again (Approval Notice sent)

- 03-20-08 EAD received in mail

- 03-27-08 AOS Touched everyday since 03-20 (Case pending)

- 04-01-08 Applied for my SSN with married name

- 04-07-08 SSN received in mail (YAY!!! No More ALIEN)

- 05-19-08 Received another RFE about medical

- 05-21-08 Visited family doctor for full medical exam

- 05-27-08 Visited civil surgeon to fill in I-693

- 05-28-08 Mailed out RFE reponse to CSC

- 05-30-08 USPS shows my RFE reponse was delivered at 11:22 AM in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607

- 06-04-08 RFE received and case processing has resumed

- 06-09-08 GC Card production ordered and welcome letter sent (6 months waiting!!!)

- 06-12-08 GC Approval Notice sent

- 06-16-08 GC and welcome letter received

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

I received approved AP last week Jan 22 in the mail (without update on the website) and was hoping to get EAD a couple days after, it hasn´t come yet but I am keeping my fingers crossed...!

cool you basicaly got the same timeline as me , am hoping to hear something soon too

the only touch i had since biometrics was on the old I 129f on jan 27th , for what ever the reason

Congratulations to all who have been getting news on their cases. Sorry for not keeping up with the thread as much as I would like to!

My husband had Biometrics on the 29th of Jan. it went very well only took about 10 minutes. He was in and out. I couldn't go in something about limited space but everything went smoothly!

I have a question I added my cases to CRIS when I got my NOA1 for the I-485 and EAD which was on the 4th of Jan. I haven't had any touches at all. I see everybody getting touched especially after Biometrics but in my case nothing. I thought for sure I would get a touch after his Biometrics! I just want to be TOUCHED!! :blush: Should I be worried?

I wouldn´t be worried if I were you, I got my AP approved in the mail without touches... so I assume that the system is not bullet proof....

I wouldn´t be worried if I were you, I got my AP approved in the mail without touches... so I assume that the system is not bullet proof....

Wooow so many ppl got their new touches or approval!!! I got no luck at all... :( Can anyone tell me what's wrong for my case? As I tried to call to the USCIS hotline about 2 weeks ago, that lady just so rude to tell me I have to wait within 90 days to receive all NOAs, but I told her that I checked online and it shows my EAD and AP notices were undeliverable on Dec 19th???? Sighhhhhh she just ignored me and hung up!!! :ranting: What can I do?? Thanks!!

did you have your Biometric for AOS and EAD or just AOS ?, you can see it on the biometric apt letter it should say I 485 and I 765 ( or what ever # they are for AOS + EAD ) or just I 485

if you didnt have both I would make an infopass and see whats goin on with your EAD and AP good luck

I had my biometrics for both AOS and EAD on Jan 4th already. Right, I can see both AOS and EAD cases # on the appointment letter. But for the AP, I've never received any notice, the case # of AP, I just asked the officer checked for me while I did my biometrics at Buffalo NY.

did you have your Biometric for AOS and EAD or just AOS ?, you can see it on the biometric apt letter it should say I 485 and I 765 ( or what ever # they are for AOS + EAD ) or just I 485
