12/24/2007: (Day 13) LUD: soft touch for I-131

01/08/2008: (Day 26) Finger Print and Biometrics: Completed at Baltimore ASC

01/09/2008: (Day 27) Case transferred to CSC

01/10/2008: (Day 28) LUD: email from CRIS about I-130 and I-485 "Case Transferred to Another Office for Processing"

01/15/2008: (Day 33) Receipt notice: hard copy for I-130 "Case Transferred to Another Office for Processing"

01/17/2008: (Day 35) LUD: email from CRIS about I-130 and I-485 "This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred"

01/18/2008: (Day 36) LUD: soft touch for both I-130 and I-485

01/21/2008: (Day 39) LUD: soft touch for I-485 (I was surprised to notice that someone was working on this case on MLK Jr day)

01/22/2008: (Day 40) Receipt notice: hard copy for I-485 "Case Transferred to Another Office for Processing" - RD 01/10/2008

01/23/2008: (Day 41) LUD: soft touch for I-485

01/24/2008: (Day 42) LUD: soft touch for I-485

01/25/2008: (Day 43) LUD: soft touch for I-485

01/25/2008: (Day 43) LUD: soft touch for I-485 (hmmm ... someone working on this case on a Sunday?)

I-131 has not been transferred to CSC.

I have been reading on the forums that it is a good thing for the case to be transferred to CSC since it is more than likely that the GC will be approved without an interview.

However, I do not know if so many updates, almost every day since January 17, 2008 is a good sign or not. I am hoping it is a good sign since they are all soft updates and I have not received any email(s) regarding an RFE.:confused:

I was also reading about the FP check and Name Check. I do not know if it is true that the cases are transferred to CSC only if these two checks are cleared? There are two schools of opinion on this matter. I personally think that the cases are transferred once FP check is complete and adjudicated when the Name check is complete, provided there are no RFE(s).

Its really aggravating when almost everyone in here has been transferred.

We have not been transfered either. Have any of the Canadians been transfered?

It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

you got your EAD though.. Thats all I want..

I have a 3 month old son who is nursed and is refusing to eat and basically screams the 10 hours my wife is gone...

I had an info pass last week to see if they could help me out but the office was closed do to a sewage back up...

Im almost to the point of just working so my wife can stay home with him...

We received 2 NOA1s last Saturday (Jan 26), thought NOA1 dates are Jan 22, 2007.

It's a quite relief since we sent our packet last Dec 28. We exceeded in the normal 2 weeks waiting for these NOA1s

Anyway, im a little confused with these two notices. one is for case type I-131- (application for travel document) & the second one is for the case type I-765 -(Application for Employment Authorization Document). I noticed from others that they received three NOA1s ..

seems i'm loosing the NOA1 for Adjustment of Status? or the NOA1 for I-765 (AED) considered as NOA1 too for Adjustment of Status?

Nope,,, every application should have its separate NOA. Maybe they are still checking on your I-485. it will arrive soon.

I got all 3 on the same day - did they cash your check? If so, I wouldn't worry too much, it should arrive shortly

I received my EAD card today...............seven weeks (to the day) since I mailed off the application!!

All I need now is for someone to offer me a job!!

We received another 2 NOA1s yesterday..one for me & one for my daughter..both NOA1 for Adjustment of Status Application..

all my NOA1s now are complete..

i'm back in normal procedure

i'm done with my BIOMETRICS today. we got there 10 minutes early and 2 people were already waiting, but i was the first one to get done. it only took 10 minutes for the fingerprinting and phototaking and the lady said that i'm done. she was so friendly and asked how was their service, i said "EXCELLENT" it would be nice if all USCIS people are like her.

my AOS and EAD got touches when i checked my status online after we got home, but my AP remains the same. i hope i can have my EAD card soon, i really need to start working. bored of being at home most of the time doing nothing.

I have an infopass appointment about my EAD (son not taking a bottle problem) and I also wanna check to make sure that I really did have my FBI name check done sometime like they said.

figured out how they got that I already had my FBI clearence...

last year i got biometrics done because i needed that criminal waiver to visit the US, got the visa before i got the waiver so it was a waste of a good chunk of money...
