First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you!!! (i know, it's a bit late for that but I hope it still counts). :star:

GOOD LUCK to all the other December filers. Let's hope our cases will be processed fast and without any problems/major delays.

Steve was here over New Year's for a long week and just left today :crying: So today it's back to 'reality' after living in a wonderful bubble for the last 9 days.

Hope all of you had a good start into 2008. This will be our year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some days I check the USCIS site a couple of time a day (even though it's highly unlikely that anything will happen at the moment, but we're optimists), then again I don't check for a few days.

Just a little something I wanted to share with you guys out there. I got my flight ticket for February today. For once I was lucky and the price went down $200 from what they quoted yesterday. Everything's a 'little' more expensive in Bermuda. I pick out my wedding dress while I'm there (no regular bridal shops here) and my future mother-in-law is planning a post-Christmas/bridal shower. I'm excited and I know all that will make things feel more real even though it will be a bit strange at the same time because we have no idea yet when the wedding will be. Like I said, just wanted to share this with you.

Weekend's around the corner!!! Steve and I were just talking the other day how much we are looking forward to the times when we get to spend the weekends together. Next year this time this entire process will only be a memory we can tell our kids and grandkids about

Have a good one!!!!

Just a few (hopefully) more months!!!!! :star:
