I have been looking at timelines and have been reading everything I can to find out if i will be in the US before Christmas and I thought it might be a good opportunity for all may filers to be able to post progress on receiving packet 3, packet 4 and interview.

Also if anyone has any ruff guess as to when I might get to the US to would be greatly appreciated

I'll feel your pain for sure, the Vancouver consulate mailed out my packet 3 2 weeks ago and I still have not recieved it, and I only live in the province next door (Alberta) and I'm so frustrated, first NVC sends our papers to the wrong Consulate (MTL) and that cost us at least 3weeks, now that the right Consulate has our papers now we have to wait on Canada Post to get off their butt, and everyone from Canada can honestly say the mail ain't what it use to be, and they have an excuse for everything!

I'm praying like crazy that pkg 3 arrives tomorrow, we still have a little bit of a chance, but if it doesn't show up this week then it will be January for sure!

I have everythin I need as well for the checklist including the medical booked, if it doesn't get here I will have to reschedule the medical!

I'm praying for all of here to getter done, it's been long enough!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and everyone esle waiting on their pkg 3!

We are all soooo close!!

The postal service really slowed my application down as my packet 3 was sent out during a postal strike in the UK so i didn't get for ages

You could do the same as I did. I used the P3 scans from here http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/thumbna...y&uid=30186, downloaded the forms from here http://www.state.gov/m/a/dir/forms/ and send back your packet 3 before you receive it. This is what I did because my Packet 3 was caught up in the postal strike. This worked well for me, see my signature for details.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment
