So I called the IRS (800) 829-1040, and listened to the automated prompts so I could order Transcripts like I had for my AOS proccess, and the automated options for ordering them isn't there!!

Did the options change or has the number to call changed?

Did you try calling back and speaking with a representative? I'm pretty certain you can talk to someone and ask them how to order your transcripts.

Yes, I called before and spoke with a rep, asked her to send me a tax return transcript and she sent me a print out, but it doesnt even have tax year on it, almost like she brought our file up on her computer and printed it out. Even has commands on the bottom like [esc] to return, [enter] to access.

It looks nothing like the transcripts I was sent for the AOS proccess.

This is not on topic, but you guys have really nice video pics. How'd you do that? Just to put a simple picture on, I keep getting the message that the file is too large. Any suggestions?

I used Paint Shop Pro, and reduced the picture sizes and resolution, then created it as a slide show with the effects between each photo.

We just ordered them and got them in the mail yesterday. They have changed the phone tree since the last time we ordered them. I spent about 30 minutes redialing the number from the IRS website before I finally found the area where they could be ordered. I think it was under "Your accounts". It was not the most straightforward process.
