I submitted papers to vsc last august with employers letter etc... my husbands interview is finally this week.Since that time I have changed jobs. My question is, should they ask him about this will it delay anything, would I have to resubmit new info? He was told that if he was approved he would be stamped the same day, and if their were any complications it would be the following day. Help! We are both a nervous wreck.

Without knowing exactly what you filed for its hard to say.

I would guess that as long as your new job generates the same or a higher amount of income as your previous job then you should be good to go. As long as you meet the poverty requirements as set out in the I-134 then you'll be fine.

Mark :)

[/quot Thanks! I guess we are both just nervous. I filed for spousal immigration, submitted the usual..affidavit of support. b.c all the usual requirements, I guess we are both just hoping for no more delays. Thanks again and good luck to you if you are going thru this too. Just thought that if they ask him if I am still with the same company they may require all new info.
