Hi Everyone,

My wife went to her biometrics appointment last Thursday November 29th. She took with her her passport with her maiden name, the Biometrics Appointment letter with her married name, and based on the information we read around here, she took all the NOA we received, and the Marriage certificate (original). They didn't ask for anything but her passport and the appointment letter. B)

However, she had to fill up some paperwork where she supposed to write the NOA numbers, but they were to be found on the appointment letter also, so she didn't actually need anything but the appointment letter, and her passport.

I believe that it is safe to have a copy of the marriage certificate with you if you change your name and you do not have any form of picture ID to show your new name.

Good luck everyone!
