HCMC Email Efficiency?

I emailed the HCMC consulate on April 4th and just now, April 18th, received a reply back. I have sent two other emails since April 4th regarding other issues. I'm wondering how long it will take to receive a reply on those.

Anyone else experiencing this delay in the HCMC email efficiency?

A long time. I have recieved all of one response from them so far and am waiting for responses to other emails.

Before they replied very fast, about two or three days, sometime one day. Lately it takes long because there are lots of Vietnamese refugees send emails to ask if they can have visas to the US, I think. You better call them.
