Nigeria CR1 Interview wait time

I strongly feel that the K-3 is more likely thna not to go into administrative processing or administrative review unless you have 500 emails and tons of phone bills. Letters from you friends and family, and any other creative thing you can think of to get past Satan.

Satan lol! I have been to that embassy, it DOES have the unmistakable stench of sulfur!

I am certainly not worried about enough proof, I had to limit our IMs to three pages per day because I already filled a suitcase and there was no way I could carry it all to Lagos (I took it there when I went for our wedding). Of course now there are hundreds more pages. After four years the papers tend to build up a lot!

Not everyone goes through AP ok. It varies from petition to petition, everyone is different i found this out by someone who works in this dept. Sometimes u may not know what your so did in the pass if the system sees similar names etc it will give red flags, or if he applied for visa was denied they may i said may look into it. If he has been out of the country for a certain period of time like moon's husband for example libya is on the terroist list there is a list of countries on there, i will give u the addy too where u can see some of this. pakistan and a few others are on there. But the funny thing is nigeria is not on there, but it can be numerous things that can put u in administrative processing.For ex.. if your husband has various names,used a differnt d. o. b, works in critical technology field that are going to look into it. no one knows if they will be placed on ap. I t mostly comes from the embassy overseas in that individual country who requests it.
