Depends on if immigrations your intent when entering the USA, if it was then file I-130 for an immigrations visa, if not then file I-130 and I-485 to adjust status. Your US Citizen Spouse IS your sponsor.

If your intent was to marry when you came to the US and immigration knows such you will have to file a normal I-130 and go thru the process. You will also have to go home and have your interview at the US embassy there.

If you didn't have intentions of marriage when you came and married. You can file to adjust status and stay in the US.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
