Hi guys, I'm filling out I 134 form and a few questions that I'm not sure. Perhaps you can help me.

I have life insurance in the sum of:

With a cash surrender value of: how much cash i got on hand (saving, checking, 401k? )?

With mortgage(s) or other encumbrance(s) thereon amounting to: $ : is this included the amount of life insurance?

i'm a bit unclear on those questions. Thanks if you can help.

from my experience i can tell you that they really don't care how much life insurence and assets you own. it all comes down to your annual income. does your annual income exced 125% of proverty guidelines? if so, then all other information is probably unessary. but to answer your questions; they want to know how much insurance you have on yourself. the cash value of your insurance. and all other debts and assets. however, i'm quite certain that they only look at previous year tax-return and letter from current employer. all other information should be submitted by your discretion.

I also have a question on I-134 form: Question 11: I intend or do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item 3.

How do you answer this question?

Can you just answer just like this: "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )" as in example forms listed in this forum?

Is that correct or how do you guys answer it? Thanks for helping :)

That's exactly what I entered based on the example from the form. I can't really tell you if that's an acceptable answer or not until at the interview stage when they will look at it.

You dont have to fill any of that out. They just want to know where you work, how much you make, whether you are full time, and what your current and last year's income is.

You fill out the part for assets and such if your income doesnt meet the guidelines.
