omg i dont even know if we need my husband to have one ..lol no one ever told us when we called about what forms we needed they never said nothing about that

you mean applying for AOS? Everyone needs a medical examination unless it was done within the past year in the home country of the SO.

You may want to take your fellow visa-travelers advise...

I wasn't aware of it and it cost me four weeks of dead air and some!!!

I got an RFE - and boy you wouldn't want that...

Though my case has been resumed - I have no clue as of what the next

step will be... :wacko:

YES, if you had medical done within past 12 months, like the one you had in your home country, then all you have to do is find US civil surgeon transfer your vaccination sheet DS3025 info over to the I693a and the mail in with your AOS application, if you forgot to, well wait and see you might slip through and not get a RFE or even checked for it, and some people claim to get by with just sending in the photocopy of the Vaccination form DS3205 from their home country medical exam and getting approved for Green Card, so one of those things will happen to you.

does it get sent with the whole packet ?

I just sent the sheet given at my London Medical, was transferred and approved with no RFE. Guess its pot luck?

06.05.07 Entered US

06.24.07 Married!!!! xxxxxxx

07.23.07 Sent off AOS/EAD Express Mail

07.24.07 Email notification that package received!!!! (Day 1)

08.08.07 Money Orders Cashed (Day 16)

08.13.08 Biometrics letter rec. Still no NOA1 (Day 21)

08.27.07 RFE for tax transcript (sent already!!)

08.28.07 NOA1 date, received 09.02.07

09.04.07 Biometrics for AOS & EAD (Day 43)

09.18.07 RFE received by USCIS. Processing resumed.(Day 57)

10.04.07 Card Production ordered EAD..Woohoo!!!! (73 Days)

10.15.07 EAD card delivered in post as well as Approval email

10.15.07 Email to say Im on my way to California!

11.29.07 Card production ordered, still waiting for daughters!

12.04.07 received Green card in post!
