Error on I-130

Hi All,

I had a paralegal complete my I-130 & I-129F while I was in Amman, jordan. I have mailed off both of the apps, and looking over the copies I made, looks like there was an error made on the I-130, on the question that asks if you ever have applied for this person before, the paralegal put down NO, when it should have been yes (I had applied for the same person as a fiance before we were married and it was denied). Should I send a letter now ? or wait until the date of the interview and point it out to them ????

p.s. I'm still waiting for the NOA2 on the I-129f and it feels like a century has gone by !!!

They will more then likely pick up on this once they start processing the I-130 as you will be in the system as having filed before. I would give USCIS a call to find out how you should correct this. Not sure whether you will get any clear answer but worth a shot. It is generally pointless sending a seperate letter in as there will be no connection with your intitial petition and it may never find it. I do remember a member being able to change certain info over the phone when a mistake had been made on their petition, but not sure whether this would fall into that category.
