I am very happy, my hubby got a JOB!!! His computer instructor was so impressed with him that he offered him a job in his computer store - he is learning how to repair computers so this will be great experience for him. I am so happy and proud of him but sad that I could not be there - today was his first day on the job and I so wished I could have been there to make a nice dinner for him and make it a really special night in other ways...

I am going full speed ahead with the I-130, am unsure which name to put since I had a legal name change and it is different from my passport name and marriage certificate- will file anyway and hopefully won't get snagged up by this...I posted in the K-3 and CR-1 forums but I guess nobody knew the answer.

I hope it will be smooth sailing for you guys from here on out - it is too bad you can't be there for the interview but at least you can prepare him well and give him more evidence.
