I am just pissed that they throw all the responsability on her, she did a mistake yes, but 20 children were in favor of that name and I am sure they didn't even know they would name it after a Prophet, was probably some boy's name in the classroom.... I hope nothing will happen to her, but like other said, she is in great danger :(

Hopefully she will be deported safely. However, NPR were reporting yesterday that there was a Sudanese teaching assistant with the teacher when the incident happened. Despite being a Muslim, she also did not see any harm in the child naming the teddy after himself - and, by extension, the prophet. Hopefully she will be safe too, especially as she will be staying in the country.

She sounds like she needs a good stoning.

Really?

So who's the one to blame ? The UK teacher that had no clue, or the assistant that should have known better? I am not saying she should be punished instead of the teacher, because that's a silly situation, but why put all the responsability on the Teacher ? Because she is a non-muslim and a foreigner?? Sounds fishy to me...

So why don't they behead the children that named the said Teddy bear ?

That's not a bad idea. I think I'll write a letter to the Sudanese embassy.

Good idea. Bombard their embassy with letters and e-mail.

And also...be sure to add that they should behead the teddy bear too while they are at it.

But seriously...these people are ruined. They have been brainwashed since the diaper and don't know anything else. They will never change. I sincerely hope this woman eventually gets out alive. Every other Westerner should take note and leave that hellhole while they can. It isn't worth the risk to stay.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."
