In our marriage certificate, I used the signature when I was still single.

In my G325A I used the signature when I was married.

Would that be a problem?

Assuming you are the female who changed her name at marriage, it would be most common to sign your before marriage name on the marriage certificate and you after marriage name....after marriage.

For those in a different circumstance who migh search this subject later, it is ok for a signature to change during the process, even if the name doesn't. For example, my wife's signature on the G325a and all papers leading up to the visa in hand was in Chinese characters. All signatures on AOS and EAD paperwork use Roman letters.
