Have any of you taken the seminar in Cebu and then got the CFO stamp in Manila? I would think you could just bring your certificate from Cebu along with your passport/visa and get the stamp from the CFO office on Pres. Quirino Avenue and fly to the US directly from Manila..is this correct?

Yep! LOTS have! Not sure which CFO in Manila they did the registration at tho.

My wife did hers in QC.

Things have changed as they opened another office since then.

Bill, That's not a problem at all. That's how Jena did it. I was with her at her interview and we asked where to go for the stamp in Manila. They actually sent us to the wrong office. To get the actual stamp you have to go to the main office rather than one of the satelite offices. I had to wait outside for about 2 hours for her.

The first place they sent us couldn't do the stamp. They could only give the seminar. Go figure.

Thanks, all. Glad to hear the CFO in Manila has no hard time accepting the certificate from Cebu to give you the stamp in your passport. That's what I figured...you would go to the main CFO office in Manila at this location for the stamp.

Don't know for sure but there may 2 places you /she can go for registration.

I'd call and check as CFO seems to change their procedures often.

I know my wife went to Quezon City in the morning before flying here and it's a 1 1/2 hour + ride from the airport depending on traffic.

Long time ago tho.
