Been looking at the forms my wife will need to bring to the K-3 interview process. I understand all the forms except the 156k. It asks if she's married and says if she's married she can't apply for a fiance visa. HUH? Can someone explain why this forms must be filed for K-3 interview? And how should it be filled out?

I wouldnt worry about that cause thats if you are going the fiancee route, which you two are married. My husband did not receive that form. But if your wife receives it, yall should call the embassy for guidance. I saw that on the guides to and read that part, but its not meant for married couples
