Propensity = An innate inclination; a tendency.

what if the employer wants someone to be evaluated regarding his work performance from the previous job like this:

Excellent Good Fair Comments

Punctuality

Propensity for violence

Propensity for Discrimination

What does the highlighted words refer to: does it refer to a positive attitude or negative? If the employer checked the excellent should this mean that the person has the tendency to be violent? or tendency to discriminate? I just want to help someone because she was confused... Or just dont check anything there just leave it blank

i'd say it's a negative performance review if those are on there. it means they not only show up for work on time, they are most likely to assualt or discriminate against someone.

I agree. I'd say it's a bad review. I'd be very worried.
