If you lack sufficient income to meet the 125 percent proverty guidelines can you use assets to makeup the difference? Im going to appy for a Fiancée visa in the philippines and I have over 450000 dollars in assets but nothing other than intrest for income. How do I qualify for the Affidative of support?

I can show where I have made hundreds of thousands of dollars in realestate transactions over the past 3 years but it was all in home sales that didn,t

qualify as declared income.
