They won't pull the approval.

But way to go D&N! Phoning the offices of the Director and making harrassing and inflammatory comments.

You're a genius.

I certainly hope so as that would be rather unfortunate and devastating to his wife but he did say the police showed up to his door. We don't know what D&N said to them and how severe the consequences may be as a result.

In my personal experience, my I-130 was recalled after almost being completed at the NVC despite the CSC having no record of asking for it back, it took three months for it to make it's way back to the NVC.

My point is- sometime even approval at the USCIS doesn't mean that you will move forward- at least in a timely manner.

It is also worth noting that the approval had nothing to do with calling and harassing anybody. As I said earlier, you were pretty close to due for your approval because you had waiting long enough. Anybody who has waited 2 months and thinks that they will get their approval sooner by imitating you will not do themselves any good.

Yep, pretty dumb. Still feel better

OH and...this morning....................

If the police showed up at his door, it's because he behaved like a head case on the phone and there were security issues at stake.

I do believe that the statement that the police were at his door was a goof on the issue at hand. Nothing more, and I really dont think at this point he would jeopardize what he has waited for - oh wait that would be heresay.

Oh well CONGRATS THO

David -

I know several people who are regular posters to immigration forums across the web. Real students of the service, mind you, who had both negative and positive things to say about it.

The normal behavioral pattern for those people is to lay pretty low when it comes to disclosing their identity, and especially that of their immigrant spouse. I have often wondered why they were so cautious. I've not gone to great lengths at all to keep our identity concealed because I've got an honesty is best policy attitude. I'm no more 'scared' than you are but I'm also not careless. $hit rolls downhill, you know.
