I-864 for adjustment of status requires at least last year's IRS return, optional are recent pay stubs, and employer letter. I-864 also allows use of assets to cover a shortfall income is below 125% povertyline.

I-864EZ is same as I-864, however cannot use joint sponsor, or assets.

I-864 or I-864EZ can be used. I-864A is only for a supplemental sponsor that is a household member of the sponsor.

June is fine, keep in mind the employer letter is optional.

I submitted an employment letter with my AOS. At the interview 6 months later, the adjudicator required an updated letter even though the one I submitted was only 6 months old. So, I wouldn't be to quick to say a 6 month old employment letter is adequate or optional. I'd recommend going to the interview with an updated letter as recent as possible.
