Hello...

Joined here yesterday....I'm Tanja...coming to USA with K1 visa ...keeping fingers crossed everything will go smoothly. My fiance and I would like to know if here are any couples who are in Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth area?

Our timeline

2006/09/29 met online

2007/06/21 Tanja flies to DFW for 30 days!!! :):):)

2007/07/21 back to Finland :(:crying::crying:

2007/10/09 I-129F sent

2007/10/15 NOA1....and waiting begins...

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
