My husband lost his passport, which of course has his k3 visa and his i94 in it. We have copies of his visa, but none of the i94 and we don't know the i94 number.

We were just about finished getting all the paperwork together for the aos when we realized it was missing.

Has anyone been thru this? What do we do now?

You can file form I-102 to get replacement I-94 card. (Fee $320)

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
