hello everybody

i was just wondering that how long does i-94 is valid for k3 visaholder? mine said 90 days and its expired now and my aos is still processing . is there anybody who had wrong date on there i-94

k3 visa is valid for 2yrs , but i-94 is valid for 2 yrs too?i am little confused.

any help would be appreciated.

I-94 should be for 2 years for K-3 visa holders, it sounds like officer at POE was thinking K-1.

K-3 is multi-entry, so if you do travel and re-enter the country, the next I-94 should be correct.

so would that create any problem for me?

actually the thing happened is that i came here at midnight and the officer at immigration office was actually not aware of k3 visa and he was asking everybody around there and hardly ppl knew abt it.

i just knew he will give me i-94 with stamp .

what should i do next?

Don't worry about it, your status is AOS pending, keep in mind all K-1's have expired I-94 cards while waiting for AOS, and have no problem. If you applied for EAD with AOS, the EAD card will serve as proof of legal presence.
