Ok update, for the ones who give a #######:)

Courtney was fired today, not for just what she did to me, but bc she attacked another girl this morning.

unfortunatly bc of this, she has threatened to kill me, and 4 other ppl she is pissed at now, and its escalated where the COMPANY has called in officers to patrol the campus

Damn, she sounds like she needs to be institutionalized.

I'm happy for you, Ionescu. I'm one of the ones who do give a ####### :)

Its a long story, but this skank likes my best friend here at work, and he doesnt like her. Well she kept blaming me for it (like i have a husband i dont care what Kurt - the best friend does),she told him he had to stop being friends with me and my husband and choose her, and he said no, bc his friends are more important and she verbally attacked me last week, and threatened me in 3 different ways. HR still has not confronted her about this issue. i feel like i dont matter as an employee and she has even begun harrassing me again this mornig. ####### can i do about this HR and skank thing?

1 - make a memorandum listing all the specifics about this. date, time, witnesses, etc. see if you can obtain one from kurt too.

2 - notify hr in writing, not just verbally.

3 - if you work for a corporation, start looking up the corporate hr contacts. you might need them.

3. done, we are all in the same building, they say "we are still investigating the insident"

#######?? why? i gave to you in writing and verbally, all 5 witness's did the same and my supervisor

usually corporate code for they are running it past the company lawyers.......

eta: when does your pay week end?

why? they have to talk to the lawyers before talking to her? and trust me, HR even agrees she fits the profile of someone who would come to work and shoot coworkers

last friday, we get paid this friday

and after hearing they havent said anything to her yet, i might take the rest of the day off, this is bullshit

around here, they talk to the company lawyers to verify they have grounds for firing and to see what potential there is for a lawsuit by her. as for the end of the pay week, that's usually when they fire someone....... :whistle:

That is spot on about the lawyers. They need to make sure it is a strong case that wont come and bite them in the behind. Also it takes a long time to invesagate. AT comcast I was in training and I was haul into HR once to give a statement about a manager saying some sexual things to my training instructor (contractor) and he got fired. I had to write it down in my own writing etc.. they dont play around cause if they don't do anything, they can be hung out to dry. The company.

Things are great now, i am in my new department and not having to deal with children who think they are adults anymore :)
