3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

do you want to continue? i wasnt whining, again i was asking for advice on an issue with HR, im sorry if you dont like what im posting, best i can say is ignore it, dont post to it or continue in PM, bc as of now you are breaking Terms and conditions...back to topic...thanks

Actually, all I did was give you advice. And, I stated why.

But I take it you're looking for moral support and people to say that it's all the "skank's" fault.

Then why did anyone who didn't bash the 'skank'/scream bloody murder/call out the infantry get such flak? I gave advice, as did others, but it didn't follow what you wanted to hear, so those people got bashed/accused of violating TOS for USING FACTS to back up their points. VJ Sheesh. :wacko:

Yes, it has gone off topic but it HAD also dropped off the first page many hours ago so was no longer a really viable thread. It was also not off topic in a flame war kind of way and there is generally no objection to that. The difference is when it goes off topic and the insults are flying as opposed to going off topic when the talk is harmless. There are many threads on VJ that go off topic but will not see sight nor sound of a mod because they are not breaking the TOS or flaming, or arguing or insulting etc etc. That's the difference here.

My "job" here is to try and calm down a potential "flame" situation and lock if need be.
