Dealing with HR

Firstly, if you read the posts fully about ONE girl, not everyone or most ppl at work, but ONE girl at work, i never had run ins with her, i was annoyed by ONE person, and i vented, thanks for judging me on that, shows your personality, as far as i am a difficult person to work with, ive seen your posts on here as well, and i can say i feel mutual towards you. i wouldve never said it until now bc i dont know you, and never felt the need to attack you, but thanks for giving me the opportunity to say what i really feel about you.

i am NOT the only one this girl is harrassing at my work, but since this thread was about ME, i didnt feel the need to announce that part.

last friday, we get paid this friday

and after hearing they havent said anything to her yet, i might take the rest of the day off, this is bullshit

don't waste your vacation/sick/personal time. don't let "the skank" get to you- thats what she is trying to do. you've done all you legally can. cool off & don't talk about it around the office anymore- you don't want this turning around on you.

painfull truth: its christmas time & unless she assaults you or is extremely disruptive to everyone chances are she's gonna end up w/ a write up & a warning. don't let her ruin your day or worse your future w/ the company.

Actually, all I did was give you advice. And, I stated why.

But I take it you're looking for moral support and people to say that it's all the "skank's" fault.

If you don't like the advice given, ignore it or don't post to it.

I'm going to be honest here and say that I think digging up Tara's previous posts is in a little poor taste. If there is a point to be made here regarding someone's behaviour then there are better ways to do so and in a less antagonistic manner.

I suggest we all move on from that now and just stick to the matter at hand. If we have advice for the OP, then by all means please help out but please don't turn this into an attack on someone's character however well meaning it may be, or however good the point may or may not be. Apologies if I make little sense with my sentence structure, it's late and I REALLY need to be going to sleep.

I suggest we all move on from that now and just stick to the matter at hand. Then why did anyone who didn't bash the 'skank'/scream bloody murder/call out the infantry get such flak? I gave advice, as did others, but it didn't follow what you wanted to hear, so those people got bashed/accused of violating TOS for USING FACTS to back up their points. VJ Sheesh.

One can file for a civil harassment restraining order without threats of physical violence - just because of stalking, harassment or because the person is being a jerk to them. At least it's that way in CA, I don't know where you are, Ionescu. If HR and management don't do anything, you may want to look into the civil harassment laws of your state.
