Hello All! Just so glad that I found people that have been going through the same situation as me!

Here is the question...I am originally brazilian, but since I have an european passport we live in London. lol

I now need to file my I-130 go to my initial interview, for them to tell me what I already know..that I will need the I-212 AND I-601 to be filed before the I -130 can be accepted.

I was deported almost 5 years ago and and will need to ask for the excuse. Do I have to file both the I 212 and i 601? Also...What else do I need the medical exam stuff? I dont see it as a requirement on the I-130 form!

Wish me luck guys..I am just going to start this process...

xx

We need a little more information... are you married? Is the USC currently residing abroad?

Your waivers will be filed in London, if you are claiming residency in the UK.

There is far more information on waivers on www.immigrate2us.net

Nothing I say is legal advice. I recommend you consult a qualified immigration attorney for any questions you may have.
