I have saw several topics on here concerning diet/exercise/ etc. So i thought this might be useful to some of you all. I found what I think is this really cool forum/help site online. It is through Glamour magazine and you register and they give you food tyips every week to eat healthier, and they also give you strength training workouts. THey have many tools such as a calculator to find out how many calories you burn from a certain workout. There are also many other people on the forums that are looking to lose weight or get in better shape. they exchange diet tips and offer motivation. if anyone is interested the URL is http://www.glamour.com/bbg/. I am definitely interested in loosing weight. My fiance gave me a deadline! We are both on a deadline to look good for our honeymoon. We are both hard on ourselves about weight so its not like he says I am fat or anything. He gets tired of hearing me say I am fat...lol Unfortunately, when I am stressed I eat. Can you tell how well I am doing? :whistle:

ahhhhhhh...but the robots I have aren't really burning any calories at this time....need to wait for my honey for that!!!!

Not the only time if you consider sex an exercise and notice it´s a GREAT calorie burning exercise. ;)

Actually I can tell my legs and butt don't look as good as they did when I used to have sex everyday..... it's been almost a year since I've had any and I can see big difference when I look in the mirror :blush: I'm not as fit anymore and I'm positive it's because of that. :(

Seriously..... sex is a great workout!

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!
