Just an update here. CSC confirmed that they have not shipped it out yet, but has been prepared to ship as of 11/13/2007. Thus, it's sitting on a pallet waiting to be shipped, and that should happen soon. Likely the others still waiting for NVC to get it are on that same pallet :yes:

Are u kidding me.....its so sad that it is funny, oxymoron at its best.....hell i would have sent Bekins or United Van Lines to pick and deliver and only be out 800 USD (could go common carrier but prefer airride with that skid) - what the heck is going on, oh yeah, budget cuts forgot - not are ur stage yet peeps, but wow, was surprised to read this one.

Update: I called both NVC and DOS today. Still no info on entry into the NVC system of my spouses approved I-130 and the combined I-129F. Only my eleven year old daughter's I-130 has been received/processed.

Today is 31 days since NOA-2 approval on all three case files.

I-130 for CR-1/CR-2 Timeline:

Married in Guangzhou, China 12-2006.

05/03/07: I-130's for CR-1 and CR-2 mailed to CSC via USPS

06/23/07: NOA-1/I-797C's.

11/06/07: NOA-2’s were issued. CR-1/2 Abandoned, for K-3/4.

FYI,

Today it's been 5 weeks since my NOA2 notice of approval. I called NVC and they said that there have been some delays because of the holidays; and that the normal wait period for petitions from CSC is about 6 weeks...(and also, that technically they have 90 days to complete processing..)This is just great of course.....

I also called CSC and talked to a rather unpleasant officer who explained that all I can do is sit and wait tight...they won't even research your case number, since they know there's a backlog anyway...

This is frustrating as hell........

I had the same responses up to a day before my file being put into the system at NVC.

My guess is, you will see movement sometime in this new week. ;)

Oct 24 - NOA2 approved after almost 6 months at CSC!!!

Dec 03 - NVC received the approval!!!

this is too long !!!!!!!!!

Any updates from your end? Also, could you please fill in your timeline? When was your approval date?

NVC still says they don't have mine. I am starting to get worried and aggravated!!

I think the key here is just to be patient. It might help to get your mind off of it and try not to worry too much. Put a little faith in Gods hands, if it is really meant to be he will bless you. I truly believe that.
