hi again..just a recap cos my friend is asking me about TD shot..how much do u usually pay including the doctors fee?

Varies, from free from some health departments in some states, to $$ if you have a civil surgeon do it.

Call around, first the health department, then your family doctor, etc....

My wife had done in foreign country before comeming to the USA, the cost was quite inexpensive.

We had the vaccination record from foreign country transfered to the I-693A supplement for $35 by a US Civil Surgeon.

I got my TD shot from a civil surgeon and he charged me around $30 (cant remember if it was 30 or 35). The cost for transferring the vaccination info to the supplement was abt $25. Sorry can't remember the exact amounts but they were in that range.

Our civil surgeon wouldn't transfer her info. We got nailed with a 300$ bill for a tetanus shot, TB skin test, and physical. Our health insurance wouldn't cover it.
