Hello everyone...

I was approved for my EAD back in Oct 16 and I still have not received my card.

Last week I did call the toll free #, and was told to reaply for it.

What does that mean? Do I have to pay for it again and wait once again.

Did that happen to anyone?

Go to an Infopass appointment ASAP. It was most likely returned to them as undeliverable and an Immigration Officer has to ask them to reissue the document or resend it if it's sitting on someone's desk. The same thing happened to us, except they were nice enough to tell us it was returned to them. Only going in for an Infopass appointment cleared up the situation. You should not need to reapply since it is their error.

I just came back from my Infopass appointment and I was told that my EAD was never returned to the Immigration and therefore I have to reapply for it and spend more than $ 300 . Is there anything else I can do.

I am so frustraded and upset. I do want to spend more money specially not for something I have never received.

Any advice?
