lost 94 card

Good Morning, Is there someone that can tell me how to get a copy of the 94 card for my wife. We are trying to get her INS vacinations and she cannot find her 94 card. Or is there a way to get the Alien number from somewhere?

I assume she still has her passport as her A# is on the visa

You will need the card for AOS, so look long and hard. To replace it you file I-102 and pay $320. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

You can find A# on I-129F NOA2 Letter.

Well it was stapled to the visa but detached by customs. Is it writen somewhere else?

it is also on her visa..it's on the last row under "Petition Valid Until"
