What are the filling fees for just AOS for a K3 Visa? I don't need SS# or the travel docs right away, so I am just trying to figure out cost of filling for AOS.

Thanks :)

$1010.00 is the cost for AOS it includes the cost of EAD and AP but if you dont want or need them then just dont include the paperwork for them in the packet.....

Kez

Also AP is not needed for K-3 visa holders, but you still get to pay the $1010 fee for the package deal.

File EAD (I-765) and AOS (I-485) together since they are now covered by the same fee.

I highly recommend completing the I-765 for employment authorization. Sometimes the greencard doesn't arrive as early as hoped (there is not processing time limit) but the EAD is supposed to be processed within 90 days.

SS# is not an immigration benefit and is issued by the Social Security Administration seperately to those who are employment authorized at no charge.
