Hello fellow VJ,

Finally after a long wait for K-1 visa my girl and I got married last week. Now, it's that time again to start and prepare AOS and EAD. Anyone can help me and give some inputs on what's should we do and also some advise will be great appreciated very much.

Thanks

Hello,

Im starting my girls documents for AOS and EAD. Beside the form we need to fill out, is there anything you would add or some documents that you've submitted so that i'll include it to when I file?

These are what I have;

A) G-325a one for my girl and one for me

B) I-864

C) I-485

D) I-765 since it's part of the payment

E) I-131 also, since it's part of the payment

F) Marriage license (Copy)

G) Marriage Cirtificate (Copy)

H) Bank account with my wife name on it

I) Insurance with my wife name on it

Do you have anything else beside these documents added to your paperwork when you file for your AOS and EAD? Your reply we'll be very much appriciated.

Thank you,

Ross

Dont include anything that they dont ask for. Take that to the interview with you.

Keep a photocopy of your entire AOS package, so that if you receive a RFE you will be able to access the documentation quickly and resend.

Make sure that your vaccination supplement is done and up to date with the required shots.

follow the guides for aos here on vj! you should also read the instructions for every form youre going to file, you can find those on www.uscis.gov!

the vj guides just list all necessary documents for form I-485, so you need to know what other documents are needet for I-765 and I-131 and especially for I-864.

include 6 passport pics: 2 for ead, 2 for ap and 2 for aos
