 yayyyyyyy  at least it's finally moving on

This is kind of a big deal because I was not projected to get done until January and other cases have been taking the full 6 months. Mine was 160 days. I wont have the AP stuff I think at Algiers that other people have at other consulates but I still have to deal with NVC. That mess starts real soon... with the fee bills and stuff like that....I have to get all my money together and stuff like that... and get all the papers together... but I am really surprised that the case was done in November. I do not know if they have just basically started moving much quicker and grabbing files by the fist ful.

Yay! Now we don't have to listen to your b!tchin'! :P I kid, I kid.

Seriously though, congratulations. You must be ecstatic!

Oh no.. I will still ######.... You will not be relieved of that. But I just found out that my happy ### will be in Morocco too in December when I am in Algeria... OH to tell you what ###### this year has been with the first failed petition and all the other drama...

By the way, I am self publishing a book of our wedding photos... You can do this on www.onetruemedia.com

I am trying to get phone records together and stuff so I can leave them with him when I go to Algeria. I do not know what I can expect as far as an interview time. I dont think there is a big wait for interviews there.. I just wanna get through NVC and then I will be able to tell you guys what Algeria is like since the Walsh act as far as CR1 interviews.

That is great! To know your case is being worked and your one step further always gives you a little boost doesn't it? I hope this helps relieve stress when in Algeria :)

YAY!

Congratulations for the approval!!!

thanks... I have been following your case and really was expecting a very similar timeline. I think they just hired a shitload of people at USCIS because they only touched my file one time and were thinking we were looking at a December timeline or January for an approval... Now things will start moving through NVC.. Thank god because I was so worried about my income and every goofy thing you can imagine and now at least I will meet the income requirements.. I was really scared..

Do you think 160 days is faster than projected or in line.. Or just about right? I was truly thinking with what I have seen that I would be facing the full 6 months
