I married my husband at home, in my country, and we filed direct.

Three months later I got my spouse visa. They told me in the embassy

that when I enter the US, they will stamp my visa and it will be

activated, and I will receive my green card in a month or so.

Please, tell me what dates will be on this card! Will it start from

the date of my entrance to the country or from the date it will be

issued? For example, if I enter country December 1 2007, will it be valid

to December 1 2009, or will it start and end with the date of issue -

for example, they'll issue it December 20, and it will be from

December 20 2007 to December 20 2009?

I used random dates, as examples.
