Hi,

I am in process of completing I-134 and want to seek advise on Question #10,

* I have Submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS) on behalf of the following person（s)

I reviewed the sample on visajouney and I am a bit confused. is the question asking for the name of the person you apllying now? or the name of the person you previously applied?

They are asking for the name of your fiance that you are petitioning for now. :)

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
