In part 1 it says if the mailing address is different than the above says write it down,so in my case i have one address so can I write one N/A or for all blanks(c/o,city,state,country & zip code)I have to write N/A?

That's correct.

Some people have different mailing addresses from their residential address, so that's what that's for, but if you only have a residential address, then you can't provide a separate mailing address.
